We operate on a made-to-order model, meaning we don’t hold inventory, every item is crafted in-house specifically for you once your order is placed. This approach helps us minimise waste, maintain quality, and keep our pricing fair.

Quality You Can Trust

We take great pride in the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged, has a printing error, or any defect caused during production, we’ll make it right.

  • We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund.
  • You do not need to return the faulty item.
  • Requests must be made within 5 working days of receiving your order.
  • Requests made after 5 days may not be accepted.

Returns for Other Reasons

Because every item is made just for you, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds for reasons like:

  • Changing your mind
  • Ordering the wrong size or colour
  • General dissatisfaction not related to a fault
